The Bible

There are many English versions/translations of the Bible. The main difference between them is how literal they translated the original Greek and Hebrew into English. Some of the most popular versions, in order of more literal translation to more paraphrased translation are: NASB, ESV, NKJV, NIV & NLT.

The free links are either for download (Faith Comes By Hearing & Word Project) or online streaming (Bible.is, BibleGateway & Blue Letter Bible).

If you download from the Faith Comes By Hearing link, you will need to make two downloads to get the complete bible. The NewTestament (0.5 GB) and OldTestament (1.5 GB) are separate downloads, for each version, because they are such large files.
