Carter wasn’t anyone special, but in 6th grade a nun said, Jesus told her that He was going to greatly use Carters life for His glory. From age 15-24 he had such bad panic attacks that he was on tranquilizers, later God took it away. He told God, I’d like to know who you are. He flew to Europe and went church to church trying to find God. When God came into his life, he knew he was a new man, but his life changed slowly over time. He thought it was crazy, but he started speaking in tongs one night. He tells how his dad came to Christ.
